Role
As an Expat Mortgage Adviser, you play an important role in helping clients stay in the Netherlands. We assist highly skilled individuals and families in understanding their financial situation and achieving their goals.
In this role, you’ll analyze financial positions, provide tailored recommendations, and advise on savings, investments, insurance, and retirement planning. You’ll also handle transactional services to help clients succeed.

Culture
We are a team of four (Sezer, Robin, Egle and Tomislav). Sezer and Robin met at one of the big banks in the Netherlands six years ago, became friends, and have enjoyed working together ever since. Egle joined the team in 2020 as a growth marketer. Tomislav became a part of the team in 2024.
Our beautiful office is located on Oostenburgermiddenstraat 119, 1018 LH Amsterdam.
As we spend 40 hours per week together, we find having a safe and balanced work environment essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, valid professional licenses (WFT Basis, Hypothecair Krediet, and Vermogen), international experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and a strong commitment to learning and prioritizing clients' best interests.
Nice to have qualifications
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mortgages and investments, experience with international clients, strong attention to detail, math skills, a customer-focused attitude, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
